Quote requests and dates
Submitting a planner or contact form sends an inquiry. It does not reserve an installation date, create a confirmed service booking, or charge a payment. We confirm coverage, design scope, decoration availability, price, display period, access needs, and scheduling directly with you before the service is agreed.
Packages and images
Package descriptions describe proposed decorating scopes. Your final written quote establishes the specific decorations and included services. Published starting prices are subject to the confirmed scope. Gallery images help you choose a decorating style. We confirm how to adapt it to your space and which decorations are available. Your final display may vary from the selected style.
Decoration rental and property access
Seasonal yard package decorations remain company-owned and are supplied for the agreed display period. We arrange delivery, installation, removal, and storage. Tell us about gates, pets, outdoor outlets, HOA rules, sprinkler systems, and other access or site requirements when planning. Weather and site conditions may affect an installation, and any changes will be discussed with you. We reschedule free for storms. Halloween takedown is by Nov 3. Christmas takedown is confirmed in your quote. Christmas light hanging includes takedown; storage is an optional add-on, and we confirm whether we use our lights or yours. Permanent lighting remains installed year-round and is covered by the separate installation quote. Product warranty is from Govee. Ask us about our install workmanship.
Payments, cancellation, and changes
Payment or deposit amounts, cancellation terms, damage responsibilities, rescheduling, and refund policies are confirmed in the written service agreement before you commit. We share these details with your quote. If a secure payment link is supplied for an approved quote, it is handled by the configured payment provider.
Halloween yard deposits are $125, with the balance due on install day. Christmas yard early-bird deposits are $200. Confirm availability and your installation date with us before paying. Your request alone does not hold a date.
